First Published in 1992. This is a collection of the Proceedings of an International Conference Hong Kong, July 1991. The Hong Kong Council for Academic Accreditation (HKCAA) hosted an invitation conference on Quality Assurance in Higher Education. Over 100 senior representatives from accreditation bodies and from higher education attended and spent three days in discussion of quality assurance issues.
