The New Covenant in Hebrews

In Hebrews the New Covenant concept is the key to the author's hermeneutical scheme. When the New Covenant in Hebrews is compared with the same idea in the Dead Sea Scrolls, in Paul and in the Last Supper accounts, the independence and originality of the author of Hebrews become evident.
