Pediatric Anesthesiology, An Issue of Anesthesiology Clinics

The approach to anesthesia in children poses specific challenges such as acute emotional fear and distress, fluid imbalances, greater risks for dangerous upper respiratory infections, and most importantly, dosing requirements.
